Don't Ease Me In is based on the Henry Thomas song Don't Leave Me Here. Henry Thomas was a wonderful Texas bluesman who played a mean panpipe aka quills. He also inspired Canned Heat's Goin' up the Country with his Bull Doze Blues and has also been covered more recently by the Carolina Chocolate Drops.

I would go with an acoustic Don't Ease from the Dead, the 05-02-70 is a fav or mine.
